Out and About

Miller and I got our hands on some Ole Dutch Bakery Cookies - the sugar ones with the white icing - thanks to Tobi Brown. We gobbled them up in about .2 seconds. We miss the Bakery - a lot!

Miller was so happy to go see his daddy on the farm. He has been working long hours harvesting corn and beans, and we don't get to see a lot of him.

Mr. Mohawk

As you can see, Miller is feeling better. I put a handheld mirror in the bathtub and Miller loves to look at his cool 'dos! He makes faces at himself and he thinks he is the funniest thing. It is hilarious to watch Miller laugh at himself!

Sick Day

No new pics today. I just thought I would let you know that Miller has had a combination of stomach bug and respiratory infection for the past day or so. That means sneezing, coughing, runny nose, diarrhea and throwing up. His playing in the waiting room today made me wonder if I should have even taken him all the way to Monroe to see his pediatrician. He got some antibiotics and cough medicine and a shot of rhocephin in his thigh. After the shot he didn't speak for the next 30 minutes and then finally ask if he could get a toy at target. He then proceeded - i'm not kidding - to half limp/half drag his leg with his "bobo" across the toy aisle. He was milking it for all it was worth. It must have worked on his BB because he came out of target with not one, but two soccer balls, a sticker book and another book. What a ham!

LSU and Pearls

I tried explaining to him that little boys don't wear pearls. He smiled and gave me a thumbs up! Not sure if he understood or not. I think the LSU jersey matches quite well with the pearls.
